Hi,

I have an issue with 2 calls that I am doing to the 2 NAP's where the calls are sometimes working and sometimes getting only one-way audio from the rep back to me. I.e. they can't hear me talking.

My call paths are inbound via Airespring 800 into my test IVR on AWS11 then I am attempting to send the call out via Concentrix _13 and Concentrix_139. This is the one that I am having some issues with the only one-way audio. The other NAPs are looking good so far.

Hello

If all RTP is passing through your SBC then it will cause more bandwidth usage. If you want you can enable RTP no-anchoring mode and RTP will pass between the endpoints. It can solve your One-way audio problem.

To enable RTP no-anchoring mode,

Please go to Profiles -> Select the profile -> Media Relay -> Low-delay media relay options -> Use RTP no-Anchoring. If you enable it, RTP bypasses the ProSBC and will go between the end points.
