Bad audio quality or no audio at all
Hello,
That's, at least, the second time where we have an issue with RTP with the SBC pair connected to 'B' (DIN_1 and DIN_2).
Customers complain, and we could also reproduce ourselves, about a huge delay in RTP packets from 'A' to 'B' making the conversation incomprehensible or even no audio at all.
It's like RTP packets are lost from SBC to our internal leg. We can observe this difference in the graph monitoring the RTP throughput with 'B' (green is incoming packets from 'B', and blue is outgoing packets to 'B'):
I could observe that RTP was handle by DIN_2 (gateway service was green with DIN_2). The MAC address of voip1 on our router was the right one but we observed a hold time of 0 minutes whereas, for the other IPs, the hold time was increasing.
To quickly solve the problem, I rebooted DIN_2. All services were hosted on DIN_1 again and we can observe that IN/OUT is again the same on the graph after a reboot of DIN_2.
We are using release 3.1.112.
Best regards,

Hello,
Please upgrade it to 3.1.117. We have some problems on 3.1.112 related to HA and RTP.
https://tbsoftware.s3.ca-central-1.amazonaws.com/3.1.117/TBToolPack-3.1.117.3-Linux-centos7-x86_64-Install
And how to upgrade:
