Issue with NAP settings
Hi,
I have been trying to configure a NAP to a client's call center. When I point it to an Asterisk Box on their end it answers with no issues however when I attempt to point it to their Primary box (cisco) it does not get responses from them. I can see we are not receiving 200 OK to our OPTIONS messages.
Best Regards,

Re: Issue with NAP settings
Hi,
Please try the following
Go to NAP - > Select the NAP -> Unclick Filter by proxy port.
if it is not work, you need to check your network and customer network to find first if our OPTIONS messages received by the customer network than you need to check why 200 OKs are not received.
There is nothing to do with ProSBC at this moment. To set that NAP as alive we need to receive 200 OK to our OPTIONS messages.
