Doubt about SIP scanners and ProSBC
Good morning.
I have a ProSBC and eventually, we receive traffic from SIP scanners. Is there any way to block SIP Options coming from User-Agent like “friendly-scanner”?
Inside the ProSBC I can see protection against SIP Register but not to block SIP Options messages.
Thanks.

Hello
We don’t have the option to block unwanted SIP option messages.
Best regards

You should have this option. It is SBC's job to provide the security from scanners.

All SIP Options messages will be blocked if they don't come from configured Access Control List.
If you have a SIP Network opened for registration, then you can filter the user-Agent or other fields: See SIP Register Filtering
