Using the blacklist on the ProSBC
Hello,
I want to ask just one question: Our customer wants to use the blacklist on his ProSBC because there are coming so many fraud calls. How to do that? I saw black_white_list.rb script but he doesn't want to whitelist. He wants only a simple CSV file with blacklisted numbers. All other numbers need to be permitted to reach his call center.
Thanks

Re: Using the blacklist on the ProSBC
Hello
When you are creating a CSV file if you use ‘b’ on calling or called parameters columns that number will be black listed. If you use ‘w’ the number will be white listed. In your case, you need to set ‘b’ in the params columns to create only black list CSV. So, all numbers except blacklisted numbers will be accepted there.
Please follow this link for Adding_White_or_Black_listing_to_Routing_Script.
Best regards

A sample csv file looks like this
calling,calling_params,called,called_params
,,450,b
,,514,b
calling,calling_params,called,called_params
,,450,b
,,514,b
