Hi.

We moved one of our SBC servers from physical to virtual. Please help us to replace the product key of the prosbc02 VTB-WNFA-M2P6 to prosbc02vm VTB-36UN-8BN7.

VTB-36UN-8BN7 will be the paid license and use for our production.

And please help us to reset license VTB-4TB3-WBJB, we are going to use this product key to replace the prosbc01 server once the configuration is done.

Hi,

Please contact support@telcobridges.com to reset the product key of the prosbc02 VTB-WNFA-M2P6.

Then, you can reset the product key for your new host to reuse VTB-WNFA-M2P6. Please follow:

1. ssh to the SBC host
2. rm /lib/tb/.tbserial
3. reset host role from web portal
https://docs.telcobridges.com/tbwiki/Toolpack:Reset_HostRole_A
Then give serial VTB and hostname
