Can FreeSBC rate limit based on CAPS?
Yes, FreeSBC can be configured to rate limit calls on a per trunk group basis. You can limit the call rate (in calls per second) and you can limit the bandwidth used by a trunk group. When you define a maximum call rate, FreeSBC actually measures the call attempts per second (CAPS) to enforce the configured maximum call rate.
