3CX Incoming Call Rejected.

I'm working on a POC with 3cx and I'm able to get the phone to register however when I call the VM box I'm getting a 603 back from the PBX. Below are the errors from the log. I took many hard looks at the SIP packets and everything looks normal. Also checked the Local SIP Domain on the PBX.

Anyone ran into this before?

Unidentified incoming call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification:

Got it! I had to enable "forward_sip_domain" in the route settings.

There are two types of provisioning options. Which depends on 3CX release. Also, you need make some changes in the SBC too Please contact with support @telcobridges.com

I reached out to support. We are on v18 of 3CX so we can't manually specify an SBC address.
