Change route based on packet loss
Hi,
Just curious – just wondering if there is a way to have a route fail out of the rotation in the event packet loss is detected. Like two of a set are active, and two are backup – is there a way to have the backup ones go more active if packet loss is detected to the primary endpoints? Not sure if the software can detect that or not, or if there’s just a setting I’ve missed.
Thanks,

Hi,
No, packet loss won’t trigger any failover. It will just affect that call, in particular, nothing else.
