extended NAP+TS+ACL name limit to 127 characters

The current limit for naming of NAPs in combination with TSs names and NAP ACLs is very limiting.
We have a lot of NAPs, TSs/VLANs and most NAPs contain extra ACLs.
Fitting this into combined 63 characters is hard.
Please double the current limit
