sip trunk not available

Hello, we are testing your product and stuck on a sip trunk. Configured according to the instructions:
FreeSBC:SIP_Trunking:Configuration_A
But the attempt to make a call SBC icmp answer: udp port sip unreachable (from both side/routes).
Sry but i can include logs w/ ip address: New members are not allowed to post external links or emails for 7 days. Please contact the forum administrator for more information.
