Package Upgrade URL Option
hey there
When upgrading packages under Packages & Licenses, today we have to download the package to a local drive, then upload it to [wherever]. For example, I download the package to my location in California, then I upload it to servers across the world. Instead can we have an option directly on the Packages & Licences page to enter the download URL and the systems, wherever they are, download directly onto themselves.
Thanks

Re: Package Upgrade URL Option
We have an enhancement to do such a function - trk#24692.
Please keep in touch to know when this will be done.

Any updates on when this will be merged into a release trunk.

Re: Package Upgrade URL Option
Hi
You can directly download the package to your server and upgrade. Login to SSH and use following command
# wget packet link
example: wget https://tbsoftware.s3.ca-central-1.amazonaws.com/3.1.135.7/TBToolPack-3.1.135.7-Linux-centos7-x86_64-Install
#chmod 777 packet name
example : chmod 777 TBToolPack-3.1.135.7-Linux-centos7-x86_64-Install
#./packet name
example: ./TBToolPack-3.1.135.7-Linux-centos7-x86_64-Install
Then you need to validate and activate the package from the Web GUI.
