Is there a config guide or does anyone have and example they would like to share for the SBC sitting on the client side behind a 1:1 NAT and passing phone registration on a single interface to a hosted PBX?

Hi Brian,

I see your email enquiry to Sean, whether FreeSBC is on the hosted PBX side or on the phones side, it is very similar, according to below, but just mainly adjusting on the interfaces used,

https://docs.telcobridges.com/tbwiki/FreeSBC:Hosted_PBX

Also, please also try to set Domain Name to “core1-atl.pbx.net” when setting up the SIP registration domain for hosted PBX.

Further, 1 to 1 NAT is ok, you need to set Local NAT Traversal, from the link below,

https://docs.telcobridges.com/tbwiki/Toolpack:Tsbc_IP_Network_Settings_3.1

and set method to "Force public IP" and public IP address to the public IP address given by your ISP for this 1 to 1 NAT mapping to FreeSBC.

Any question, please let us know.

Best regards,
William
