FreeSBC runs on CentOS 7. So theoretically, it should run on any virtual machine… But in practice, it is not the case. Mostly due to network interfaces that may or may not be virtualized, may be named differently on different platform, etc.
Today, FreeSBC is supported on bare metal servers, VMware, OpenStack/KVM and KVM.
We read that Google Cloud uses KVM, so maybe it can be installed… If you want to try it, please do, and give us your feedback.
