Remove P-Asserted Identity

Is there a way to remove the P-Asserted Identity Header from within a routing script? When we receive a call with a from header of anonymous@anonymous.invalid, we also get a P-Asserted ID from our upstream trunk with the actual original number contained within it. Rather than pass this downstream or replace the PAID with anonymous@anonymous.invalid we need to remove this header when passing the call downstream. Is there a flag we can alter which will prevent this from being passed?
