Adding Prefix to RURI

This script re-generates the outgoing RURI with a prefix if the outgoing NAP match the NAP entered in the

if called&&dst_nap==""

We used telcobridges.com;user=phone when we re-create the RURI, you can use your domain or IP address and if you want you can remove the ;user=phone
