Hello,


The customer wants the CDRs to be generated every hour.

Although the periodic CDR update time is set to 60 minutes (then save and activate config) I see that the CDR is in 5 minutes chunks. See the images attached.

Am I missing something?

Hi,

Please select “Text CDR Parameters” and change the Rotation delay to 1 hour.
