Regarding MOS score
Hi,
We have a tenant who reported today there is a lag in call quality.
We saw the MOS score is 1. It happens for other tenants too but so far no one complains.
Can you advise if this is a real score and how can we improve it?
FYI, the -route to and FROM IDSN gateway is always good.
Thanks.

Re: Regarding MOS score
Hello,
The MOS score is calculated with the codecs used and the quality of the communication (packet loss and others).
If you open the call trace, you can see the codec used and the results of the call. Something like this:
Final stats (NAP 'NAP_WEB_A4_PRIV'): FromNetwork[ Rx=123 Err=0 ] ToNetwork[ Tx=114 Err=0 ] RTP-Voice+CN[ Tx=114 Rx=123 RxErr=0 ] RTP-Event[ Tx=0 Rx=0 ]
You can get more details here: MOS - TBwiki (telcobridges.com)
Thanks.
