This multi-part video is a collection of individual modules, that together will give you the knowledge and tools to install, configure and diagnose complex FreeSBC and ProSBC deployments. Presented by Luc Morissette, Director of Customer Service, the material was recorded over two days in our corporate headquarters in Montreal. The video includes a live classroom setting and includes many of the participant questions and interactions. Welcome to the class!
We’ve broken the recordings into 13 smaller modules, allowing you to view them in smaller portions, giving you a chance to try some of the actions discussed in the video, before moving on.
The modules are ordered by a sequence number, starting with 104 and skipping numbers, like house numbers on a street. As you progress through the materials, it’s a good idea to jot down the module numbers as you complete them.
