Questions about FTP and CDRs

We are trying to gather CDRs (in text format) from the ProSBC using FTP.
• Do you recommend creating a Web User with Read-only access for FTP?
• How can we restrict FTP access to a single IP address?
• Does ProSBC adjust to Daylight savings automatically? What will happen to the CDR logs when clocks change during fall-back and spring-forward?

The CDR files are stored on the SBC host directly, so it is not controlled by the web portal. So it can’t be done via the webportal
• How can we restrict FTP access to a single IP address?
This should be done via your network firewall rule
• Does ProSBC adjust to Daylight savings automatically? What will happen to the CDR logs when clocks change during fall-back and spring-forward?
ProSBC is taking the clock from the Centos host, so if it is set to take it from NTP, it will reflect the time change automatically
