Is there a RESTful call that give the System Status Info?

Northbound interface:RESTful - TBwiki (telcobridges.com)
To check the right path for resource, you could type tbconfig from the CLI SSH, and scroll, enter, and right arrow to the right resource that you want to see, then on low-level RESTful commands from the above link, you can make an instruction to suit your need.
Please note also tbconfig is also an application that is using Restful API. Please follow the below link if needed:
