KVM image but not Openstack Empty KVM image but not Openstack

I have installed KVM image, but not Openstack. I use Proxmox and the resuld is about the same, KVM container is up and running. The problem is that I can't get in because I have no Openstack tools to provide SSH key and, as well, no DHCP server there.

Any hint? CloudInit may be? I tried it but it does not work put of the box. Thanks for help!
