Datapath Sequencing errors

Hi,

I require assistance with under the below screenshot and whether it's network or software related:

Listening to the recording of the call, there is a lot of delay between the two parties responding to each other and MOS values and very low.

I just need help understanding the below messages.

Just to add to this, the datapath sequencing errors pop up 15 or 30 seconds exactly between each other. Does that indicate anything?

You can use tbrouter capture to capture all incoming packets to the sbc and analyze them.

Thank you, I will do that and analyze the captures. The MOS scores are still good even though there are sequencing errors, is that strange or normal behaviour even if there are sequencing errors?
