SIP proxy IP subnet different from RTP

Hi,
I’m experiencing missing audio to one carrier where the RTP subnet is on a different subnet from the Proxy IP. I’ve added the subnet to the ACL but still experiencing the issue. Is there an option that I am missing?

Hello,
You need to set the NAT options in the NAP. Please do following; go to NAPs-> Select the NAP -> NAT -> Remote Method for RTP -> Set to Force Passive Mode.
