Hi currently we have 2 Prosbc’s and we would like to get a monitoring setup as well as a dashboard with metrics like a number of calls and performance counters. What do you guys recommend?

For your mentioned monitoring purpose, you need an SNMP server where ProSBC can send SNMP traps to that SNMP server.

Please follow the below links for configuring SNMP in ProSBC:
1. Check the status of tbsnmpagent application whether it is active or not:
https://docs.telcobridges.com/tbwiki/Verify_SNMP_Application
2. If tbsnmpagent application is not activated then activate it :
https://docs.telcobridges.com/tbwiki/Toolpack:Activating_tbSnmpAgent_C
3. Then, Configure the SNMP Agent:
https://docs.telcobridges.com/tbwiki/Toolpack:Configuring_tbSnmpAgent_C
4. If you want to use the SNMP version 1 or version 2 then follow the below link to configure:
https://docs.telcobridges.com/tbwiki/Toolpack:Creating_an_SNMPv1/SNMPv2_Community_C
If you want to use the SNMP version 3 then follow the below link to configure:
https://docs.telcobridges.com/tbwiki/Toolpack:Creating_an_SNMPv3_User_C
5. Next, you need to configure/create an SNMP Trap Destination which is your Remote SNMP Server where ProSBC can send SNMP traps. Please follow: https://docs.telcobridges.com/tbwiki/Toolpack:Creating_an_SNMP_Trap_Destination_C
