A tbrouter call trace capture is required in order to troubleshoot DTMF or RTP or Media related issues. Here are the steps to capture tbrouter call trace:

1 - Set trace log levels to 1 for gateway, toolpack_engine, tbsyslog

a - connect to ssh and use tbx_cli_tools_remote command
  b - select the application
c - Set the trace level to 1 by pressing capital 'T'
d - When you finished the test call please disconnect from the application, press Escape twice. You can then type
'q' to quit the tbx_cli_tools_remote application.

Note: Be careful not to quit the application you are connected to (like toolpack_engine) as it will terminate the
active application

2 - Run tbrouter capture

3 - Make a test call
4 - Stop the tbrouter capture
5 - Export the call trace

6 - Generate a tbreport for the date/time you made the test

A tbrouter capture will capture all traffic coming on the LAN/WAN (SBC protected) interfaces of the system, including SIP Signaling, RTP media, ARPs, ICMPs, etc.
