RFC4733/PJSIP Empty RFC4733/PJSIP

I am seeing that RFC 4733 is taking over for RFC 2833 and was curious what the plans are for including this DTMF function into the SBC?

I also see that chan sip is becoming obsolete and most items are now shifting to the new standard of PJSIP is there plan for changing to or including this ability into the SBC ?
